AddComm sets to work for the BSGR

Having won the tender, AddComm has been carrying out the printing, packaging, sending and archiving of tax forms for the Gouwe-Rijnland Tax Authorities (BSGR). A total of 1 million documents every year.

The BSGR is a partnership between the Rijnland water authority and the local authorities in Gouda, Leiden, Oegstgeest, Voorschoten, Wassenaar and Zoeterwoude. The BSGR is responsible for charging and collection of the water  and local taxes. This cooperative body also determines the value for all the property in the above mentioned areas.

Extra savings

Marcel van Putten, head of the Rates department at the BSGR: "After issuing a Europe-wide tender, it was AddComm who came out on top in terms of price and innovation. AddComm offers new ways of communicating with our clients that also help to reduce our costs. We can follow the communication with our clients online, which is of great benefit to us. The fact that our contact with AddComm went very smoothly also factored into our decision to go with them."

Paper, FiNBOX or e-mail

AddComm looks after almost 100% of the daily print and delivery work for BSGR. From forms with attached bank transfers to confirmation of receipt forms and replies to appeals. AddComm also takes care of the FiNBOX system, which is used to send clients their bills via telebanking and with which they can pay the amount due. Citizens and companies who wish to make use of that service will soon receive their forms by e-mail. This way AddComm makes communication simple, environmentally friendly and fast.
